Basell to acquire Huntsman for $25.25 per share

Cotton imports may fall 32% on record production

 Home textiles firms gain strong net profit -INDIA

China, the world's biggest producer and consumer of cotton, may reduce imports by 32 percent this year, pressuring international prices, as a record domestic crop boosts supplies.
